Today more and more goods from different countries appear on the market of Kyrgyzstan. Bright packages and video advertising often predetermine our choice. At the same time a lot of new risks connected with different food additives and modification of food products appear. The poster presents information on hazards associated with products containing banned food additives, food made from genetically modified organisms, methods to define safety of package and kitchen ware, as well as prevention of such diseases, as brucellosis, botulism etc.
