Since the beginning of 1994, the Environmental Movement «BIOM» has actively organized various campaigns aimed at protecting and preserving biological diversity. These campaigns are designed to draw public attention to the importance of nature conservation and to encourage citizens to actively participate in environmental initiatives.
Among the most significant campaigns organized by the Environmental Movement «BIOM» are:
«Let’s Help Birds Survive»: this campaign was aimed at protecting and increasing the numbers of endangered bird species. As part of the campaign, activities were carried out to create conditions for nesting and feeding birds, as well as educational events aimed at informing the public about the importance of preserving bird species.
«Plant Your Own Forest»: this campaign encouraged tree planting and afforestation among the population. Campaign participants were invited to actively participate in greening their territories and helping restore forest resources.
«Parks March»: «BIOM» also actively participates in organizing the annual environmental event «Parks March.» This march is intended to draw attention to the conservation of natural parks and unique ecosystems, as well as to raise public awareness of the need to protect them.
«BIOM»‘s campaigns not only help preserve biological diversity but also actively engage citizens in environmental efforts, emphasizing each person’s role in protecting the environment and nature.
