The project «Environment: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow» was organized and implemented with support from UNESCO in 2007. Its goal was to conduct research and analysis of changes occurring in the environment over a long period of time.
The project’s main stages and components included:

3. Preparation of a report: as a result of the research, a report was prepared presenting the key findings and conclusions. The report contained recommendations on environmental management and conservation, taking into account the identified trends and threats.
4. Educational events: the project included educational events aimed at raising public awareness of environmental problems and the importance of environmental conservation.
