Dear colleagues, we invite you to participate in a meeting of public organizations and youth with Alexey Olegovich Kokorin – a laureate of the Nobel Peace Prize and a member of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), with 40 years of experience in the field of climate change.
Since 1994, A. O. Kokorin has actively participated in the activities of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), in the 1990s as a member of the Russian delegation, and for the last 20 years as an observer and independent expert. He closely collaborates with the Central Asia Program of WWF. Since 2000, Alexey Olegovich Kokorin has been the director of the “Climate and Energy” program at the World Wildlife Fund.
