This meeting will aid future cooperation between the civil sector, business sector, and climate activists with decision-makers. Already at the first meeting, issues and difficulties related to climate conditions were discussed, such as the problems in the regions of the city of MaiLu-Suu, as well as the situation with smog in the city of Bishkek. Citizens are waiting for real actions to address these challenges.
Additionally, reports were presented by government officials on the current ecological situation in the Republic.
We hope that these meetings will yield results within the next quarter.
Thanks to the “Green Climate” project, a youth representative was able to join this meeting.
