Within the «Jashyl Klimat» project, the Ecological Movement BIOM announces a call for companies, civil society organisations and institutions specialising in the development of online courses and mobile applications.
The purpose of the call is to select organisations for:
— the development of an interdisciplinary online course on climate change for students and teachers;
— a mobile application for local communities to carry out a self-assessment of their vulnerability to climate change.
The online course will provide lifelong learning opportunities for students, practising teachers and other interested groups.
The course will cover climate change, public participation and teaching methods. The duration of the course is 36 academic hours. The course must include video lectures, tests, assignments and options for feedback and assessment.
The mobile application (a Telegram bot) will include a set of structured questions aimed at assessing the vulnerability of local communities to climate change, building vulnerability diagrams and offering a list of measures and recommendations for reducing vulnerability risks.
