The “Jashyl Klimat” project took an active part in the exhibition of teaching excellence held as part of the August conference of education professionals “New challenges — new horizons”
The exhibition presented information sources and materials collected and developed by the “Jashyl Klimat” project specifically for teachers and education professionals. The materials on display were highly appreciated by schoolteachers and university lecturers.
The mayor of Bishkek, Emilbek Abdykadyrov, also took part in the event,
“I am a teacher’s son myself. All of our leaders were educated by teachers. I have great respect for them. I express my gratitude to all educators and congratulate them on the start of the school year.”
We believe that our materials will be an invaluable support for building capacity and raising awareness in the further work of teachers on climate change adaptation and sustainable development.
