In support of the implementation of European Union programmes in the Central Asian region, Asier Santillan, attaché of the European Union’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments, and Klaus Anderson, officer of the European Union’s department for international relations on peace and conflict prevention, arrived on a working visit.
Asier Santillan and Klaus Anderson met with the team of the Project “Cross-Border Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue for Tolerance and Peace in Central Asia” in Kyrgyzstan. They talked about the problems of young people in the Fergana Valley, shared the interim results of the Project and discussed the next steps in implementing peacebuilding programmes in Central Asia.
