The BIOM Ecological Movement, as part of the “Zhashyl Klimat” project, announces a competition among companies, public organizations and institutions specializing in the development of online courses and mobile applications. The goal of the competition is to select organizations to: — develop an interdisciplinary online course on climate change for students and teachers. — develop a mobile application for local communities to conduct self-assessment of climate change vulnerability. The online course will provide lifelong learning opportunities for students, practicing teachers and other interested groups. The course will cover climate change issues, public participation and pedagogical technologies. The course duration is 36 academic hours. The course should include video lectures, tests, assignments and options for feedback and assessment. The mobile application (Telegram bot) will include algorithmized questions aimed at assessing the vulnerability of local communities to climate change, building vulnerability diagrams, and offering a list of measures and recommendations for reducing vulnerability risks.
