And the victims of the existing budget practices are our children - the future of the country.” Throughout the 2013-14 academic year, employees of the Ecological Movement "BIOM" conducted an audit of the learning conditions in schools in Kyrgyzstan. Their focus was on illumination, ventilation, and thermal insulation in school buildings. As a result, the initial state of domestic educational institutions turned out to be very sad!
