The project “Building Solar Barrels with International Volunteers and Distributing Them in Villages” was implemented together with international volunteers in 2009. The project’s main goal was to design and build solar barrels that could be used for heating water and other household needs in rural areas.
The project’s implementation process included the following steps:
1. Design of solar barrels: volunteers and experts worked on designing solar barrels that were effective and affordable for use in rural conditions.
2. Construction of barrels: solar barrels were built by international volunteers, to be later installed in the homes of rural residents.
3. Training of local residents: local residents were trained in the installation, operation, and maintenance of solar barrels.
4. Distribution of barrels: after their creation and the training of local residents, the solar barrels were distributed among the rural population for household use, such as heating water.
This project helped increase the availability of solar energy solutions in rural areas and helped improve the comfort and satisfaction of local residents’ household needs.
