Organizing a Series of Information Campaigns "Life Creates the Conditions for Life"

From 2003 to 2005, a series of information campaigns was held under the general title “Life Creates the Conditions for Life.” These campaigns were organized as part of a Central Asian project supported by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and the World Bank (WB), aimed at conserving the biodiversity of the Western Tien Shan.

The goal of these information campaigns was to raise public awareness of the importance of biodiversity in the region, the importance of its conservation, and the role that various forms of life play in maintaining environmental sustainability.

As part of this project, a manual for teachers titled “In the Workshop of the Subject ‘Ecology'” was also developed. This manual was intended for teachers of biology, geography, ecology, and other subjects related to the environment. It provided teachers with tools and materials for integrating environmental issues into the educational process, as well as ways to make lessons more interesting and engaging for students.

This manual was also recommended for leaders of environmental public organizations and educators at supplementary-education institutions. It became an important tool for teachers and educators seeking to cover environmental topics and contribute to the conservation of biodiversity in the Central Asian region through education.
