The Asia-Pacific region is discussing the advantages.
From September 24-26, a meeting of the Policy Forum on Development is taking place in Kathmandu, Nepal for the Asia-Pacific region. The forum has gathered over 100 delegates, representatives of civil society, local government authorities, and EU institutions to discuss progress since the adoption of the Agenda planned for 2030.
Representatives from Kyrgyzstan participating in the forum include D. Uturova (Government Office), Z. Kochorbaeva from the Social Technologies Agency, and Anna Kirilenko from the BIOM ecological movement. One of the key tasks of the forum is considered to be the exchange of experiences and discussions on challenges and obstacles to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
